What you may not create, publish, or automate with Azelify — and what happens if you do.

Last updated September 12, 2026

In short

Do not use Azelify to break the law, to deceive people, to advertise things you cannot substantiate, to use someone's face or voice without their permission, or to spam a platform. Most of this is what a careful advertiser would do anyway; it is written down so that enforcement is not a surprise.

1.Scope

This policy applies to everything you do with Azelify: what you upload, what you ask it to generate, what you publish through it, and what you automate with it. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Azelify makes it fast to produce a large volume of advertising and put it in front of people. That is the point of the product, and it is also exactly why these limits exist.

2.Illegal and harmful content

You may not use Azelify to create, store, or publish:

  • Anything illegal where you are, where your audience is, or where the content is published.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a minor. This is reported, not just removed.
  • Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or provides instructions for causing serious harm.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, doxxes, or targets a specific person for abuse.
  • Content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

3.Advertising claims

You are the advertiser. Advertising law applies to what you publish, including the parts a model wrote for you:

  • No false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims. If you cannot back up a claim with evidence before you publish it, do not publish it.
  • No claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, and no weight-loss, supplement, or medical-device claims that you are not licensed and able to substantiate.
  • No guaranteed returns, no get-rich-quick offers, and no financial, credit, or investment claims without the disclosures your regulator requires.
  • No fabricated testimonials, reviews, ratings, follower counts, or case-study results. A generated person is not a customer.
  • Disclose paid partnerships, sponsorships, and material connections as the platform and the law require.

4.Faces, voices, and likeness

Azelify can generate and manipulate people. The line is consent:

  • Use a person's face, likeness, or name only with their permission, and only within the scope they gave it.
  • Clone or synthesise a voice only with that person's explicit, documented consent. Several jurisdictions treat a voice as a protected attribute in its own right.
  • Do not depict a public figure, celebrity, or brand as endorsing something they have not endorsed.
  • Do not present synthetic footage of a real person or a real event as though it were real. Label synthetic media where the platform or the law requires it.

5.Publishing and automation

When Azelify publishes to a connected account, it is acting as you, on a platform with its own rules:

  • Follow each platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. Their rules govern your account, and a breach costs you the account, not us.
  • No spam, no bulk unsolicited messaging, and no posting the same content across many accounts to manufacture reach.
  • Do not use Azelify to run accounts that impersonate real people, or networks of accounts designed to look independent when they are not.
  • No engagement farming, vote manipulation, artificial amplification, or purchased interaction.

6.Other people's work

You need the rights to what you put into Azelify and what you publish out of it:

  • Upload only footage, images, audio, logos, and fonts you own or are licensed to use.
  • Stock media comes with the licence its library grants. Attribution requirements and use restrictions are yours to honour.
  • Music licences are narrow and platform-specific. A track cleared for one use is not automatically cleared for a paid ad.

7.The service itself

Do not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the service, or try to access another customer's data.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label Azelify, or run it as a service for third parties, without a written agreement.
  • Scrape the product, automate the interface outside the documented API, or place load on it designed to degrade it for others.
  • Evade quotas, spend limits, trial limits, or a suspension, including by creating additional accounts.

8.How we enforce this

Where we can, we start proportionately: a warning, a removed asset, a disabled feature. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension or termination without refund, and anything involving child safety or a credible threat is reported to the appropriate authority.

We do not pre-screen everything you generate, and this policy does not oblige us to. Acting on one breach does not waive our right to act on another.
