- How does Azelify work?
- Attach your clips (or describe the video if you have none) and say what it's for: the platform, the length, the feel. Azelify plans the edit, makes it, and checks it before you see it. Change anything on the timeline or by asking, then export it with the title, description and captions written.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan is the trial: no card, and a small monthly allowance of credits. Upgrade when you need more.
- Can Azelify show me what is working in my niche?
- Yes. Azelify researches public short-form posts in your niche and turns what it finds into Moves: the highest-leverage things to make and post next. It reads public posts only and keeps them for a short time.
- How does Azelify learn about my brand?
- Your Account Brain holds what Azelify knows about you: your niche, offers, tone, and recurring themes. It starts from what you tell it and, if you choose, learns from posts you have already published. You review every suggested change before it is saved.
- What does Azelify make for me?
- A finished, edited video: the cuts, captions, pacing, b-roll, music and on-screen text, plus the title, description and post copy. Everything lands on an editable timeline, so you can change any of it before you export.
- What is the difference between the plans?
- Plans differ in how many credits you get each month and which features they include. The pricing page lists both.
- Are there usage limits?
- Yes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, shown on the pricing page. Account → Usage shows what you have used and what is left. If you run out, upgrade your plan or wait for your next billing period.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, at any time from Account → Subscription. Billing runs through Stripe, and the change is reflected in your next billing cycle.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A first paid subscription also has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- What happens to my data?
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train general-purpose models. Your prompts and media go only to the services listed on our Subprocessors page. You can export your data or delete your account from your Account page at any time.
- Can I publish to Instagram?
- Export a file shaped for Reels, with the caption written, and post it yourself. Publishing straight from Azelify is being rolled out platform by platform; nothing ever goes out without your review.
- How accurate is the AI?
- Models make mistakes, so Azelify checks every video before you see it and tells you what it couldn't fix. Still watch it before you publish: any factual claim in a video is yours to check.
